It has been confirmed that Kafukule Secondary School and Foundation Rock, both from Kasungu, will represent the Central East Education Division (CEED), at the national finals of the FDH Netball and Football Competition.

"We know at this stage we are representing whole CEED, hence we will put an extra gear in our preparations just to make sure that we are ready enough to competitive at such a highest level, and bring good results," said Mtambalika.

Foundation Rock's coach, Jonathan Banda, said the competition at division level was tough because of strong opponents, but expressed optimism that the team will deliver good results at the national stage, even though being their first time.

"Our target is to put CEED on the map, and we are going to fight hard to bring the trophy home. Today's victory will not make us feel like we have reached a saturation point, rather a stimulus for more hard work," he said.
